Originally, Japan. Then Australia, Britain, America, you name it. I grew up in a multi-lingual family, so I speak a few languages, English and Japanese the best among them.

Of all the places I've been though, I think I like America the most. The culture is just more preferable. It's harder to get by over here for sure, but it's much more rewarding when you do, too. I didn't find Alaska too boring. There were a good few house parties I went to in the winter, plenty of people to play airsoft with, and I loved going for walks in the forest. ...then one spring I came across a massive, massive pile of shit and realized that there was probably something in that forest that could kill and eat me without anyone ever knowing. Turns out I was right, that bears and moose are both mean pricks and that I was a dumb foreigner.

I never did find out how to thaw pipes! How the hell would you even go about doing that? I just made do, visited friends for showers. That shit was so bad. Then when they finally thawed I found that the pipes had burst, presumably from the water expanding in them. Good times.
